Aquatic Fitness

An energetic forty-five minute class designed to burn calories, increase endurance, build strength, and tone your body - all of this without taxing your joints!

This class is for men and women of all fitness levels. You do not need to be a swimmer to take this class. You will see great results while having fun in the water. Please bring a towel and water bottle to class.

WEEKDAY MORNING CLASSES

Classes held 9:45 am to 10:30 am, Monday through Thursday at both the White’s Road and Fourth Street Swimming Pools.

  • Session 1- June 22 to July 2
  • Session 2 - July 13 to July 23
  • Session 3 - July 27 - August 6

Sign up at either pool at least five days prior to class start date.

FEE:

  • Member: $45/session
  • Non-Member Resident: $50/session
  • Non-Member Non-Res: $65/session

WEEKDAY EVENING CLASSES

This is a drop-in pay per class program. Classes run Monday through Friday, 6:30 pm to 7:15 pm  at Fourth Street Pool. Start date TBD

FEE:

  • Member: $5.00/class
  • Non-Member Resident: $6.00/class
  • Non-Member Non-Res: $8.00/class
